ALBAVOLT GPS

Own-fleet distribution

GPS tracking for your warehouse-to-customer operation.

What to consider

GPS tracking for your warehouse-to-customer operation.

See delivery vehicles, review depot departures and inspect the journeys between customer locations. Plan your vehicle groups, user access and depot zones around your distribution network. Order imports, delivery runs and cash reconciliation are planned workflow extensions, discussed separately from the tracking service.

Distribution is a sequence of warehouse departures, customer stops and returns to base. Start by linking the vehicles and people involved to a shared GPS view. Position and stop evidence can help investigate a delay, but delivery quantities and money collected need explicit operational records.

Available GPS capabilities

  • Follow vehicle positions and review depot arrivals and departures.
  • Compare recorded journeys and stops with the delivery day you planned.
  • Give dispatch and customer-business users access to their assigned fleet.

Planned business workspace

The following management functions are in development. They are not included in the current tracking service; scope and availability will be agreed before purchase.

  • Manual orders and Excel/CSV imports with validation and a preview.
  • Delivery runs, loading quantities, driver assignments and ordered customer stops.
  • Delivered, partial, refused or rescheduled outcomes with recipient evidence.
  • Prepaid and cash-on-delivery payments, returns and end-of-run cash reconciliation.

Plan the right setup

  1. Which warehouses, customer locations and time windows matter?
  2. Do drivers collect cash, deliver prepaid orders, or both?
  3. Which order columns and quantities should an import contain?

Next steps

Before you get started

Can I use my existing tracker?

Send us the brand, model and firmware. Native Teltonika support and an optional decoded-data gateway are available; compatibility must be verified for your exact device.

Will tracking work internationally?

Availability depends on tracker bands, GNSS reception, SIM coverage and roaming agreements. We confirm your operating countries before proposing service.

Is hardware included?

Your proposal separates software, hardware, installation and connectivity so you can see what is included.

Can I see the platform first?

Request a guided demonstration. Access to a live customer fleet is never required for a demonstration.

99% platform uptime under the contracted SLA

The applicable measurement period, exclusions and remedies are defined in your service agreement.
